Refund & Conditions

Please note our conditions of sale of tickets for events at Sophia Gardens Cardiff and refund policies below.
Ticket refunds

The health and safety of spectators and staff remain the game’s first priority. Ahead of all matches, we will provide updates on health and safety measures and, if applicable, the process for refunds and/or other options available to ticket purchasers.

Please note, that NO tickets are sold on a sale or return basis. We will not be refunding the cost of tickets due to non-attendance of any events, cricket or otherwise.

Domestic Match Refund Scheme

Please note that the ticket is purchased on the basis of known teams, format, venue and a provisional date. The date of the match may change. If that occurs, the new date will be communicated and you will be given two weeks in which to request a refund should you no longer wish to attend. Should COVID-19 restrictions mean fans cannot use their purchased tickets, they will either receive a rollover to another fixture or have the option for a full refund. Your registered email address will be used to contact you for this purpose.  If your contact details change then you must inform us at tickets@glamorgancricket.co.uk or you may miss your opportunity to claim a refund.  In addition, please be sure to read the standard ticketing T&Cs as detailed below, which are also in place to protect your purchase should there be any cancellation of matches or a requirement to restrict entry.

Refund Scheme - Vitality Blast

If play is restricted or does not take place at the ground on the day for which this ticket is valid, you may claim a refund of only the match ticket value subject to there being: 10 overs or less of the headline match of the day because of adverse weather conditions and no result is obtained - a full refund. 10.1 overs to 20 overs are played and no result is obtained - a 50% refund. In no other circumstances can money be refunded.

Please note that there is a variation to this policy for knock-out fixtures, where a reserve day is in operation. Tickets remain valid for the reserve day, but there is no refund should you not be able to attend the reserve day. On the reserve day, the standard refund policy will be in operation as detailed above.

No refund will be given to Blast Pass holders if only one match is abandoned with no result obtained after 20 overs or less. However, a refund will be given at the end of the season - £10 per match abandoned with no result obtained after 20 overs or less for £60 Blast Pass buyers and £12.50 per match for £75 Blast Pass buyers thereafter.

Refund Scheme - Metro Bank One-Day Cup

If play is restricted or does not take place at the ground on the scheduled day for which this ticket is valid, you will be entitled to a refund of only the match ticket value subject to there being: (a) 15 overs or less because of adverse weather conditions and no result is obtained - a full refund; (b) 15.1 overs to 29.5 overs because of adverse weather conditions and no result is obtained - a 50% refund.  In no other circumstances can money be refunded.
