Head Coach Robert Croft has named a 16-man squad for the trip to Gloucestershire in the NatWest T20 Blast tomorrow (Friday) night.

Glamorgan are looking to secure their third win of the week, after a Royal London One-Day Cup win over the same opponents on Monday, as well as the 84-run victory over Sussex Sharks on Wednesday.

The Gloucestershire match will see the return of South African pace ace Dale Steyn, who is only registered to play T20 cricket with Glamorgan this season.

Dutch international quick Timm van der Gugten is expected to return too, after being rested for the Sussex clash.

Captain Jacques Rudolph is also due to play, despite some bad bruising on his forearm suffered in the match against Sussex. He went for a precautionary scan but looks set to return to the fore, opening the Glamorgan innings alongside David Lloyd.

Colin Ingram, who stood in as captain for Rudolph in the field, said Glamorgan were confident of continuing their fine form in limited overs cricket. The Welsh county have won four of their previous five matches.

Ingram said: "The skills are really similar (in 50 over and T20 cricket) and I think we're playing intelligent cricket at the moment. Hopefully we can keep on building.

"Last year we came close to putting together some strings of victories and I think we can do that this season, we've got a good feeling and the guys are in a good space.

"Gloucestershire are a good white ball outfit, so hopefully our form can keep rolling on against them on Friday."

Glamorgan squad: Jacques Rudolph (capt), David Lloyd, Colin Ingram, Aneurin Donald, Chris Cooke, Craig Meschede, Graham Wagg, Andrew Salter, Dale Steyn, Timm van der Gugten, Michael Hogan, Dean Cosker, Mark Wallace, Nick Selman, James Kettleborough, Dewi Penrhyn Jones.

Glamorgan's T20 Blast clash with Gloucestershire gets underway at the Brightside Ground, Bristol, at 6.30pm.
