Anuerin Donald, David Lloyd and Owen Morgan are in South Africa to spend seven weeks at the renowned Gary Kirsten Cricket Academy, based at state of the art facilities in Cape Town.

Created by the iconic cricketing legend Gary Kirsten, The Gary Kirsten Cricket Academy provides high performance cricket coaching.

“It’s a great opportunity to for myself, Lloydy and Morgs to work with some of the very best coaches in the world and develop our cricket,” said Donald.

“Hopefully we’ll all learn new skills which we can put into practice for Glamorgan next season as we try and take our games to the next level.

“It’ll be nice to get away from the rain and cold weather for a couple of months and play some cricket outdoors in the warm. I know some of the boys are still at home working hard but at this time of the year I’d definitely prefer to be in South Africa.”
