Here at Glamorgan Cricket it is of paramount importance to us that all our hospitality guests receive an enjoyable experience that exceeds their expectations.
Further, we want to ensure that both the initial booking and payment process runs smoothly. Therefore we strongly advise all our guests to read our terms and conditions.
Reservations
Reservations are accepted subject to availability and on receipt of a completed and signed booking form and deposit. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost of the booking is required upon booking to secure the places.
A VAT invoice will be sent automatically to you, payment of the balance is due by no later than 31st July 2008. All tickets, passes etc will be sent out automatically 4 weeks prior to the match, providing full payment has been received. Any bookings made within 8 weeks of the match must be paid for in full at the time of the booking.
Cancellations
These must be made in writing. Please note that in the event of a cancellation, the following charges which are over and above the 50% non-refundable deposit will apply;
- Cancellation received with two months notice. NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE
- Cancellation received with one months notice. ADDITIONAL 25%
- Cancellation received with less than one months notice. 100% PAYMENT
Play is not guaranteed and only under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of The Glamorgan County Cricket Club will any money in respect of the hospitality packages be refunded. However there is a refund scheme in operation for the ticket element of the package in certain circumstances as operated by the ECB, details of which are sent out with the tickets.
Liability
In all arrangements involving third parties, Glamorgan CCC only acts as an agent of the client and no liability of any kind whatsoever shall be attached to Glamorgan CCC in connection with and/or such arrangements with a third party.
Glamorgan CCC will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury to any client and their guests or their property, however caused. All clients and guests should keep valuables with them at all times. Hospitality Packages are not transferable without the written permission of Glamorgan County Cricket Club.
Alterations to advertised packages
Every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the advertised packages and events, but any package may be altered or omitted, or dates changed for any cause which Glamorgan CCC, at its absolute discretion, shall consider to be just and reasonable. Glamorgan CCC has the right to change prices in force at any time. Where a price is more than that advertised, the difference must be paid before the tickets are issued. If Glamorgan CCC increases the price or alters the packages, the client shall be entitled to a full refund of any invoices paid. Glamorgan CCC retains the right to move guests to other facilities of an equal or higher standard, should this be necessary due to the numbers involved. All persons entering Sophia Gardens Cricket Ground are subject to Sophia Gardens Ground Regulations available on request. All prices exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.
Allergies
Some of the menu items contain nuts, seeds, and other allergies. Therefore there may be some risk that traces of these could be in any dish served here. Please let Glamorgan Cricket know if any of your hospitality party has any food allergies as far in advance of the event as possible.
