No play was possible on the final day of Glamorgan’s three-day friendly against Cardiff MCCU at The SSE SWALEC because of rain.

Rain and drizzle has fallen since the early hours, and with a lull in the precipitation, the umpires – Alex Wharf and Tom Lungley – made an inspection at 10a.m. They duly decided to delay the start and shortly afterwards, the rain started to fall again. It was still falling two hours later ruling out the possibility of any play before lunch.

With rain still falling after lunch, the umpires called off play as the match ended in a draw.
