Captain Colin Ingram has been ruled out of today’s Vitality Blast match against Surrey at The Kia Oval due to illness.
Ingram suffered an allergic reaction overnight and was taken to a nearby hospital where he is now receiving treatment.
Wicketkeeper batsman Chris Cooke is set to lead tonight’s team in his absence.
Ingram has been replaced in the squad by Cardiff MCCU graduate Tom Cullen, who if picked, will make his Vitality Blast debut for the Welsh county.
