Glamorgan v MIddlesex T20: Head-to-Head

3 Jun 2015 | Matches
Glamorgan meet Middlesex in their next group game in the NatWest T20 Blast with the contest at the SWALEC Stadium in Cardiff scheduled to start at 6.30pm on Friday, June 5th, with gates opening at 5pm.
Glamorgan have defeated Middlesex on the previous two occasions when the two sides have met in Twenty20 cricket at Cardiff. The first in June 2010 saw an unbeaten 63 by Tom Maynard steer Glamorgan to victory by seven wickets and with seven balls to spare.

The following year in June 2011 Glamorgan were again victorious at the SWALEC Stadium as they won a contest by 45 runs under the Duckworth-Lewis Method with Alviro Peterson posting 72 and left-armers Graham Wagg and Alex Jones each claiming three wickets as the visitors stuttered in their run chase.

Middlesex won their first T20 contest against Glamorgan, but the Welsh county have now been victorious on the next four meetings, including last summer's game at Richmond when they won by six wickets. After their defeats against the Essex Eagles and Hampshire, Jacques Rudolph and his team will be looking to get back into winning ways against Middlesex.
