Ticket Information Update

29 Apr 2020 | Cricket

We appreciate that this is an uncertain time, and we thank all our customers for their patience and understanding with regards to ticket enquiries, whilst our ticket office remains closed until further notice.

We are working closely with the ECB to determine fixtures in 2020, when it is safe for cricket to return to Sophia Gardens. We will be communicating any changes, as and when we receive the latest information.

Tickets purchased for postponed or cancelled fixtures will be valid for the rearranged fixture or can be transferred to an alternative game.

Please be aware that as our ticket office is currently closed, we will therefore not be able to process any enquiries at this time.

Updates:

Members
A decision around Memberships will be taken once the full context of the season and the schedule is understood. We would like to thank all our members for their continued support towards the Club.

T20 Vitality Blast
If you purchased a T20 season ticket or tickets to any of the Vitality Blast fixtures, you do not need to do anything at this stage. We will be contacting all ticket purchasers once details of a possibly rescheduled T20 season programme is understood.

IT20 ticket holders
If you have purchased a ticket for the England vs Pakistan fixture on 31st August, you do not currently need to do anything at this stage. We are following ECB guidance and waiting for central updates on the staging of games. When we receive more information, we will be sharing this with ticket holders.

Hospitality
If you have purchased any matchday hospitality our dedicated team will be in touch as soon as they return to work to discuss further options, based on your requirements.

Thank you once again for your continued patience at this time.

Stay safe at home.
