Glamorgan take on Surrey in their final Royal London One-Day Cup match

Head Coach Robert Croft has named an unchanged squad for Glamorgan\'s final Royal London One-Day Cup clash against Surrey at the Oval.

Colin Ingram and his men will be looking to exit the competition on a high having lost six of their seven games so far. Surrey meanwhile are fifth in the South Group and will need an emphatic win and results to go their way in any hope of reaching the knockout stages.

Glamorgan fell just short in their last 50-over match, losing to Hampshire despite taking six early wickets in Swansea. Captain Ingram believes there is still much to play for with many of the squad fighting for places in the Welsh County's Specsavers County Championship squad.

"It's still a massive game for us", said Ingram.

"We have a lot of guys learning their game, guys who want to put in big performances and compete for spots in the squad so there's always a lot to play for.

"I just think it terms of the attitude of the group, especially over the last couple of games it has been really good. You can see the difference in the fielding and every facet.

"I want that to keep building and it's still a long season to go, so hopefully we can pick up the win and get a good feeling amongst the group going into the next batch of four-day games."

It has been a disappointing campaign for the Welsh side who have had key players unavailable through injury and availability, but Ingram feels it has been good exposure for players coming through the Glamorgan Pathway system.

"It does make a difference without those guys [Hogan, de Lange, Marsh, Meschede] especially in a format like this where it's all about making good decisions at the right times. There are a lot of guys who are new to 50-over cricket and at stages there have been good signs.

"Nick Selman has showed capabilities of being a great opener for us going forward, David Lloyd batting well in the middle order and guys like Lukas Carey and Ruaidhri Smith with some good bowling performances.

"Altogether we've seen patches of what we can be, but it's been tough in putting it all together. All of those good experiences we can take forward for the years to come, we've got a talented bunch so the more time we spend together as a group it'll only be good for the club."
