Dear Member: Not receiving our digital communications?

Given the current circumstances, we are now relying heavily on our digitally-based communications to our fanbase, including our members.

It has come to our attention that several of our valued members may not be registered with us with an online account, or be opted-in to receive our digital communications.

To ensure all our members receive updates from us, and in light of this different situation, we would like to remind our members to take control of their preferences via the ticket portal account page here

If you don't already have an online account with us, you will need to go through the steps create one.

Once logged in, the Marketing Data tab allows you to take control and say ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ to receiving updates from us.
