With the cricket season in full swing, the Graham Wagg Testimonial Year has been going strong with a number of successful events throughout 2019.
Sudbrook CC hosted a six-a-side tournament while Sir Alastair Cook held a Q&A session, regaling the audience with his tales of England exploits and his cricketing career.
With only a few months left of the testimonial year, there are plenty of events to still get on board with.
On Monday, 26th August there will be a Q&A with Waggy, Colin Ingram and Matt Maynard at the Pontcanna Inn after the Vitality Blast clash against the Sussex Sharks. Entry is only £5 and can be paid on the day.
On Monday, 2nd September there is a sponsors T20 match and lunch, while in October there are plans for a golf day at one of Wales' many beautiful courses.
Thursday, 5th December sees the closing dinner of the year, which promises to be an incredible celebration of all the events in 2019.
There are also Graham Wagg Testimonial Year 2019 hats and ties available directly from the committee or reception for £10, while brochures are £5.
